Does Leo’s 213 still hit confirm? I used to use this as a punisher in TTT2 but I think I saw someone block the 3 on the string
Leo’s d2 is not plus frame on block. it has a guard stun but it’s -2
It is +2 on block. A 10 frame jab trades with her standing 4 which is 12 frames.
Leo’s CH qcf+1 is +4 on hit

Checked qcf+1 on counter again, and I still think it is -2. After it hits, leo’s ws+4 trades with Nina’s d/f+1.
