Y i found it. Why is it in there though? There are alot of “unique” moves in the basic frame data.

DF4 is his mid kick.
d4 is listed as 14~15. That usually means it is 14 in most cases, but might be 15 if it hits at maximum distance
d+2 is 14 frames. I don’t see df+4 on here.
