In the basic moves db+2 on counterhit isn’t updated to knockdown status
Why is the 1,2,4~3 and 1,2,4~3’s startup frames are 14+ btw?

Sorry for the noob question but what is 1, 2, 4~1. I thought Devil Jin only did a left, right, knee.
I have no idea what that is it looks like they are saying he has a plink input to a one after the knee. But I use DJ every day and I can’t get anything to come out off of that.
I got it to work. You have to press the input fast and in a sort of rhythm… Imagine saying “One Two Thre Four” Like steve does. It kinda works.
would there be a legend like if move hits mid the symbol is lowercase “m”, then if the move hits mid and grounded opponents the symbol would be uppercase “M”
That would be a good idea, but the data we have translated does not contain that information. Besides, I guess some moves only hit grounded at certain angles.
devil,s d1 (power crush) is -14 on block. also b4 is safe on block almost -9 on block
b2,3 is -15
tested it myself today
b2 is at least -7
What is the frames on block of DVJ’s WS 1,4? My friend tested it and it looked like it was -6~-5
